How your order works
Pick your car and wheel
Choose your model, then match the photo of the factory wheel on the product page. The year alone isn't enough, because option packages and facelifts change the wheel.

Send your photo
You'll get an email with instructions. Reply with a photo of your steering wheel and your vehicle details within 30 days.
We confirm the fit
We use your photo and vehicle details to confirm compatibility before anything ships or goes into production.
Inspect, then ship or build
In-stock wheels are inspected, then usually ship within 24–48 hours of your photo. Custom builds start when we have it, and we'll give you an honest timeline.

This is where orders get stuck, so here's exactly what to send.
Any photo that isn't your car
Photos from the internet, or of a friend's car that looks the same. If the photo or details are wrong, a 30% restocking fee applies to the exchange.
No surprises

If your photo or details are wrong
Compatibility exchanges carry a 30% restocking fee when the photo or vehicle details we received weren't correct. That's why we'd rather see your photo before you buy.
If we get it wrong
When the fault is ours, we fix it. In our return policy's words: “We will always repair, rebuild, or replace products where fault lies with Carismo.”
If you don't send the photo
Your order waits on hold. After 30 days without the details, it may be cancelled with a 20% administrative fee.
Returns
Custom builds are final once production starts. Some in-stock wheels can be returned, with a restocking fee. Media/Test units are final sale. Full policy

Every option below is in our Build Your Own configurator. Add-on prices vary by car.
Sport, Signature, F1, LED, Yoke
Sport (round top) is the base. Signature (flat top) adds $100. RPM LED shiftlight and yoke styles are available on many cars.
Your colors
Smooth leather, perforated leather or Alcantara, with your stitching and stripe colors. Color matching from photos can't be guaranteed to be exact.
Let them choose
If you don't know their exact car or taste, a digital gift card lets them pick. $250 to $2,000.

Fitment questions
My car's year is listed. Does that mean it fits?
Not always. Option packages, facelifts and mid-year changes can put different wheels in the same model year. Match the photo of the factory wheel, not the year.
What if my car isn't listed?
Contact us. We can often still build a wheel for your car.
How long does a custom build take?
It varies by build, so tell us your car and spec and we'll give you an honest estimate before you order. Need it sooner? Check what's in stock for your car.
Do heating and paddle shifters still work?
Heated steering and paddle shifters are what we're best at, and we test both in our shop before a wheel ships. Message us your car and we'll confirm what's available for it.
