Return Policy

We love what we do, and that’s why it matters to us that you to love your new steering wheel.

Due to the nature of custom and made-to-order manufacturing, returns are possible only for a small range of in-stock-products.

For your peace-of-mind, in case there is a problem with your custom steering wheel that is not caused by you, all of our products are at minimum eligible for repair or exchange, and in certain instances, store credit - if there is an issue, and a refund is not possible. We want you to know that we will not leave you hanging. In case of an issue, it is our promise that we will find a way to make things right.

If you run into a problem, please contact us via email for assistance. Hiccups happen - that is the nature of any business - but what sets Carismo apart is how we handle hiccups when they do occur. As fellow car enthusiasts, we aren’t here to just sell you a product. We are here to be excited with you on the journey of modding your car. That is to say - we care and won’t leave you hanging.

This is the Carismo promise.

Please understand that frivolous cancellation/return/exchange attempts will not be entertained. These include situations such as, but are not limited to:

  1. Totaling/Selling/trading your car while a custom build is in progress
  2. Buyers remorse / change of heart
  3. The house-elf who stole the cash for the balance of your wheel from under the mattress
  4. An angry spouse that found out about spending money on car parts
  5. Clearance / Sale / Display (scratch and dent) items

Restocking Fee:

Here at Carismo we hold ourselves to a high standard of quality control on all of our products. In the case that the product fits criteria for a return, please note that a variable restocking fee of 25-50% applies. The restocking fee varies based on the cost it takes us to put our product through a QC cycle to confirm it is fit for sale, which varies for every wheel.

While we trust the customer who claims they “just received the wheel, and did not even open the box, so its brand new”, in the end it is our name that stands on the product, and after we receive it back, the next customer deserves to have a peace of mind that a product previously returned and put up for sale again is indeed damage free. This includes invisible damage such as micro stress-fractures, and hard-to-see splining/mounting damage which is verified via a QC cycle that costs manpower and labor - hence restocking fees are not-negotiable.
